Old father time

So now the clocks have changed, its officially autumn. There are more leaves on the ground, (and on my car!) than I've ever seen on a tree. I reckon they multiply.

Spent yesterday (Sat) in the office with a couple of colleagues doing a lot of server maintenance. Went well, but as always, we cannot get agreement from the customer to do this stuff during the day. Typical, and we also couldn't find any experienced staff, so muggins here (as team lead) had to do it. Sigh.

Today, I get a phonecall saying "help, the servers are down" so spent 3 hours sorting that out. Luckily a completely different set of servers on a site 238 miles away. Arse.

Anyway, its tiem to watch the TV I've missed this week :)

Hi James

It's Caroline, just thought I would pop by and say hi. :)

Hope you are keeping well.

Hi Caroline, good to hear from you! Hope things are going well down under :)

I'm busy as an idiot at work, trying to organise and tidy up some large messes created a few months ago, but that's life really :)

Didn't it suddenly get darker when the clocks went back? Ah well, baton down the hatches and wake me up in March LOL

BTW it's Very nice outside now, and yeah, I reckon commercial gardeners around the country do their jobs, get paid and then throw the leaves in the street at night to avoid paying any commercial fees at the tip ;) LOL
