I seem to have missed the change of the month, and the fact that my blog automatically "rolls over" so, apologies for the very empty page!! Thanks to Lever for giving me a swift electronic kick :-)
What have I been upto? Well, working the last three weekends, the big migration project has now completed, but it did wear us all out, and a few freyed (sp?) nerves too. At least I'm now back in the "head office" of my client company, and therefore in a larger room with hardly anyone about today. Very quiet.
I'm attempting to upgrade my DSL to the new 16mbps+ product, if my ISP will ever actually manage to get their CS and billing depts organised. Technically their service is excellent, but these customer facing departments are a complete shambles. No, not as bad as NTL were in the past, but still, having to ring them to remind them I need to pay them money is just silly!
In the technological world, my new-ish PDA/phone works really well, and I've got used to carrying it now, very useful to take notes when in meetings, and also to keep my extensive 'lists' of things to check. Good purchase.
So what have you been upto? I see Lever has been pulled back into the 'pit' again?! LOL, hope you recover soon, and remember its only a month to the Airshow!!!!

Migration project... yow! Just one old NT server to a new SB2003 made the tech guy here sweat & lose sleep, let alone the projects you're on there, Red... oh, and it's frayed ;)
I might have to stay with NTL to get their combined phone/ BB/ TV package - I have Sky + NTL phone/ BB but it might be worthwhile going the whole hog depsite theirs slow upgrade to 4MB standard!
Yeah, hopefully i'll be outta the pit and standing on Miles Hill watching the fly-by during my *cough* lunch hour ;)
